Sukhumvit is Bangkok's massage corridor. Stretching from Nana to Ekkamai, this strip of BTS-connected sois holds the city's highest concentration of quality massage venues — nuru, soapy, oil, Thai, aromatherapy and specialty types. This guide maps every major soi and what you will find there.
Sukhumvit Massage Map — BTS Station by Station
Nana (BTS Nana) — Soi 3 to Soi 11
Nana is the most internationally-oriented zone. Soi 3 through Soi 11 offer a dense mix of Thai, oil and specialty massage.
Soi 3 (Soi Arab) — Budget Thai and oil massage. Multiple small shops with walk-in availability. Expect ฿300-500 for Thai, ฿500-800 for oil. Quality is hit-or-miss — look for shops with consistent foot traffic.
Soi 4 (Soi Nana) — The entertainment soi. Several massage shops operate here alongside bars and restaurants. Oil and Thai massage dominate. Prices are tourist-inflated — ฿500-700 for Thai, ฿800-1,200 for oil. Better value exists one soi over.
Soi 7/1 — A quieter pocket with two solid oil massage venues. Less foot traffic means therapists are more available and less rushed. ฿600-900 for oil, 60 minutes.
Soi 11 — Upscale bars and restaurants share this soi with a handful of quality spa-style massage venues. Aromatherapy and oil are the main offerings. Prices reflect the premium location: ฿1,000-1,800 for 60-minute oil massage. The quality is consistently above average.
Asok (BTS Asok / MRT Sukhumvit) — Soi 13 to Soi 21
The Asok interchange is the most connected point on Sukhumvit. Both BTS and MRT converge here, making this area easy to reach from anywhere in Bangkok.
Soi 13 — Two mid-range Thai and oil massage shops. Quiet soi, walk-in friendly. ฿400-600 Thai, ฿700-1,000 oil.
Soi 15 — A single well-regarded oil massage venue that caters to office workers from nearby buildings. Clean, professional, no-frills. ฿800 for 60-minute oil. Closes early (9 PM).
Soi 19 — Budget-friendly Thai massage concentration. Three shops within 200 meters of each other. Competition keeps prices low: ฿250-400 for 60-minute Thai. Good for a quick session between activities.
Soi 21 (Soi Asoke) — This major soi connects Sukhumvit to Ratchadaphisek. Several massage options along its length, from basic Thai to mid-range oil. Also the gateway to Ratchada's soapy massage scene — take MRT one stop to Thailand Cultural Centre.
Phrom Phong (BTS Phrom Phong) — Soi 23 to Soi 39
This is Bangkok's nuru massage heartland. Soi 31, Soi 33 and Soi 39 hold the city's highest-rated nuru venues. The area is also strong for oil and aromatherapy.
Soi 23 — Mixed-use soi with several massage options. Aya operates here with quality nuru service. Prices start at ฿2,500 for 60-minute nuru.
Soi 24 — Residential soi with a few spa-style venues. Oil and aromatherapy focus. Quiet, upscale, appointment-preferred. ฿1,200-2,000 for 60-minute oil.
Soi 31 — Home to Hiso Massage, one of Bangkok's top-rated nuru venues. The soi has a boutique feel with cafes and restaurants nearby. Nuru from ฿3,000 (60 min).
Soi 33 — The densest concentration of nuru massage in Bangkok. Daisy Dream, Hakumi and several other quality venues operate within a few hundred meters of each other. This is where to go for nuru comparison shopping. Prices range ฿2,500-4,500 for 60-minute sessions. See our full nuru rankings.
Soi 33/1 — A branch off Soi 33 with additional nuru and oil options. Slightly lower prices than main Soi 33 venues.
Soi 39 — The lifestyle soi. Quality oil and aromatherapy venues operate here alongside restaurants and boutiques. A good nuru venue anchors the lower end of the soi. Prices are mid-to-premium: ฿1,200-1,800 oil, ฿3,000-4,000 nuru.
Thong Lo (BTS Thong Lo) — Soi 55
Thonglor is Bangkok's trendiest neighborhood. Massage here leans upscale — spa-grade oil, aromatherapy and tantric massage. Few budget options but high average quality.
Thonglor main road — Three to four quality spa-style venues with oil, aromatherapy and specialty massage. Expect ฿1,500-2,500 for 60-minute oil massage. The atmosphere is polished and the clientele skews younger and more affluent.
Thonglor soi branches — Smaller boutique operations tucked into the residential sois. Discovery requires local knowledge — these places do not advertise heavily. Oil and Thai massage from ฿800-1,500.
Ekkamai (BTS Ekkamai) — Soi 63
Ekkamai is quieter and more residential than its neighbors. Massage options are fewer but quality is solid for the price.
Ekkamai main road — A few Thai and oil massage shops near the BTS station. Prices are among the lowest on upper Sukhumvit: ฿300-400 Thai, ฿600-900 oil. Good for value if you are staying in the area.

Getting Around
Sukhumvit's massage venues are walkable from BTS stations. Most are within 5-10 minutes on foot from the nearest station.
- BTS Skytrain runs the length of Sukhumvit. Single journey ฿16-62 depending on distance. Rabbit card saves time at ticket machines.
- Motorbike taxis wait at every soi entrance. ฿20-60 to travel within a single soi. Useful for deeper soi destinations.
- Grab works well for door-to-door service but Bangkok traffic on Sukhumvit makes BTS faster during rush hour (7-9 AM, 5-8 PM).

Tips for Sukhumvit Massage
Soi 33 is where to start if nuru is your priority. Walk the soi, check posted prices at each venue, and compare before choosing.
For budget Thai and oil massage, head to the odd-numbered sois between Asok and Phrom Phong. Less tourist traffic keeps prices honest.
Avoid street touts on Soi 4 and lower Nana sois. They earn commissions and will steer you toward venues that pay them, not venues that deliver the best massage.
Weekday afternoons offer the best value across all Sukhumvit areas — better therapist selection, shorter waits, and sometimes promotional pricing.
